Schools

The local school district is made up of three separate schools for kindergarten all through Grade 12. Younger students attend Carrie E. Tomkins Elementary, middleschoolers attend Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School, and students continue on to Croton Harmon High School. Croton Harmon High was recently ranked in the top 2 percent nationally. There is a portion of the town that is located in the highly performing Hendrick Hudson School District.
